Yeah, come up here to the Front Range for a splendid time. If the weather is great here at Ott Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Sheeley Trail; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Arkansas River. Going for       a hike along the Stultz Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and of course, this is a splendid area for folks who like lakes, Lone Tree Reservoir is a lake in close proximity. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever wanna return home again. Stay the night at Royal View Campground, and Best Western Royal Gorge Motel is a tremendous site to get some rest. Ott Reservoir is a location that is quite arid typically;                  of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is January. Ott Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Front Range. There's whitewater on Grape Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. There's so much to do here at Ott Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Royal Gorge/Canon City KOA is a magnificent place for that. During the months of summer at Ott Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and night lows in the-10's for Ott Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Have a great hiking adventure along the Tanner Trail, and Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is a very glorious site to pop by. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Ott Reservoir. Wilson Creek is close to Ott Reservoir and is always a delight to have a look at; during your tour here you'll meet some people from Canon City for sure.
