Custom Search     Opal Lake     I was raised near this lake and when a child we had to pack horses into this lake. It is not near any campgrounds, and it's over 25 miles to town, not 18. It gets way colder than 0 in the winter but the views are almost correct. It IS beautiful! Wolf Creek has great slopes and a friendly staff, and in the winter you may take a     snow mobile ride at Snow Country Adventure Tours. This lake is so wonderful.
