    In Colorado there are many beautiful lakes, Olathe Reservoir Number 2 is one of them. If you came to camp Antone Spring Campground is a good spot to do that; don’t forget to visit Uncompahgre Plateau if you're here at Olathe Reservoir Number 2. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Olathe Reservoir Number 2. Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn & Suites; nearby you come across the Coal Bank Trail which is a good hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful.  
   Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Uncompahgre River; the Paradox Road is a good hiking trail close by.

Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Citizens Dam is worth a visit since you're here; Olathe Reservoir Number 2 is a spot with many visitors from Montrose. There's so much to do here at Olathe Reservoir Number 2 that you need to camp here for a while, Iron Spring Campground is a good spot for that, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Dry Creek Trail. At Olathe Reservoir Number 2 through the summertime months highs are in the 90's, and the night is somewhat chillier of course, usually in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Olathe Reservoir Number 2 tend to be in the 10's.
Not much rainfall falls here at Olathe Reservoir Number 2; October is the wettest month with most rain while February is usually the driest month.
