O'Haver Lake is always a pleasure to visit. O'Haver Lake is a beautiful lake in the Sawatch Range. All through the summer months here at O'Haver Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at O'Haver Lake temperatures plunge to the 0's. But wait, there's more fun things to

| | do in the Sawatch Range. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Salida, Co is a delightful location to spend a night or two, and do take a look at Beaver Creek since you're here at O'Haver Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Heart Of The Rockies while you're here at O'Haver Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Arkansas River, and if you need a place to stay Aspen Leaf Lodge is a good choice. | |

It is very waterless here at O'Haver Lake typically; most of the rain falls all through August, and the driest month is January.
So much fun stuff in the vicinity of O'Haver Lake, simply tremendous. Very delightful scenery and
good skiing is what you get at Monarch; if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Round Hill Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous place to camp here at O'Haver Lake is O Haver Lake Campground; you don’t
have to go far from O'Haver Lake to make out the water at O Haver Lake Dam. You'll hit upon a pretty lake called Lake O'Haver near O'Haver Lake, and hiking along the Sheep Mountain Trail is splendid fun.
Having a good time in
the Sawatch Range is easy. Going for a hike along the Round Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and while you're here, you could also go to picturesque Silver Creek Lakes.
