The beauty of Nucla Domestic Reservoir attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. Nucla Domestic Reservoir is right by the The Meadows Trail; Nucla Domestic Reservoir is a place with many visitors from Montrose. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains has to offer. Hiking along the Fortyseven and Meadow Trail is tremendous fun, and get yourself into a kayak and hit San Miguel River. This

Dam is an exciting thing to check out; Maverick Draw is another good spot to explore nearby. Not much rainfall falls here at Nucla Domestic Reservoir; October is the wettest month with most rain; June is when it's the driest.
The Indian Trail offers hiking at its best, and Nucla Domestic Reservoir is a fine place to camp, T Bone Spring Campground is a fine place. Smokehouse Campground is a pleasant campground here, and if you need a site to stay Best Western
Sundance is a splendid choice. This lake is so wonderful. Town Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop by.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Spradlin Park is a gorgeous place any time of year; get soaked paddling on San Miguel River.
