This lake is so wonderful. A good spot for whitewater paddling right next door to North Poudre Reservoir Number 17 is Big Thompson River. If you came for an overnight stay Pawnee - Arapaho National
Forest is a good site to camp, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Jug Trail. Don't forget to take a great little spree to Mail Creek, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Round Mountain Trail.
