The beauty of North Lake attracts many people from all around. Around North Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; December is the wettest month with most snow while August is commonly the driest month. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Park Range. Why not camp at Hinman Campground while you're here at North Lake, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Howelsen Hill.

| | of Elk River in a kayak; Wolverine Basin is a delightful place to stretch your legs a bit. You absolutely must like North Lake. Dry warm beds await you at CrossTimbers at Steamboat; the Wyoming Trail is a great hiking trail close by. If you need a place to stay Western Lodge is a tremendous choice, and a pretty lake like Pristine Lake is a great location to pop by.

Trail is always a magnificent adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Ptarmigan Lake is a good lake near North Lake, and camping is available at Summit Lake Campground. All the outdoors exciting things in the Park Range will keep you
coming back many times. Hit the slopes at Steamboat close by, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the North Lake Trail.
All through the summertime months here at North Lake, high temperatures generally get into
the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 40's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at North Lake dip into the-10's. North Lake is one of the lakes here in the Park Range.
