It's always fun to stop by North Catamount Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend nearby Shining Mountain Golf Club; the views at Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument will blow your mind. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in the Front Range. It's a splendid idea to go to North Catamount Creek, it's next to North Catamount Reservoir, and nice hiking is available along the Barr Trail. At North Catamount Reservoir all

| | through the summer highs are in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 40's while North Catamount Reservoir nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's.

interested in lakes, South Catamount Reservoir is one of those close by, and if you came to camp Rocky Top Motel and Campground is a great place to do that. This lake is one of the great places here in the Front Range.
You'll
wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things at North Catamount Reservoir. There's brilliant hiking along the Schubarth Trail, and Country Lodge is a pleasant spot to get some rest. Hiking is a popular thing to
do around North Catamount Reservoir; Waldo Canyon Trail is a wonderful local trail, and do explore South Catamount Dam while you're here. North Catamount Reservoir is a location that is pretty arid typically; all through the month
of July you get the most rain around here, and January is the month with the least moisture.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Colorado Springs here.
