But wait, there's more to do near Lake Nokomis. Stay the night at Bellaire Lake Campground, and on a delightful day you can take a hike along the Killpecker Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You can take a little spree to Nakomis Lake Dam if you're here at Lake Nokomis, and Lake Nokomis is a perfect place to camp, Creedmore Lakes Campground is a perfect place. If the weather is tremendous here at Lake Nokomis, you can       go for a hike along the North Lone Pine Trail; not far from Lake Nokomis you'll find Apache Lake which is a striking lake. Summertime at Lake Nokomis comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and the overnight is a tad chillier of course, regularly in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Lake Nokomis. Lake Nokomis is pretty dried up regularly; during July this area sees the most                  rain, and January is when it's the driest. Going for a hike along the Swamp Creek Cutoff Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and if you're here you can play some golf at Fox Acres Country Club. So many cool things to do in the Medicine Bow Mountains, not sufficient time. Cache La Poudre River is a magnificent whitewater spot close to Lake Nokomis, and Wildcat Canyon is a perfect site to spend some time. The Medicine Bow Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This location, the Medicine Bow Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting things. After a long day outdoors Peak To Peak Lodge Inc. is a great place to spend a night or two; if you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cache La Poudre River - North Fork.
