This lake is located in the wonderful San Juan Mountains. That right there is heaps of entertaining things already but it goes on, the San Juan Mountains has it all. If you need a place to stay The Spruce Lodge is a splendid choice. Through the warm months at No Name Lake highs are frequently in the 60's with nighttime lows in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter       are normally in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at No Name Lake temperatures plunge to the 0's. Be careful coming to the San Juan Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home again. If the weather is good here at No Name Lake, you can go for a hike along the Conejos Trail, and Canon Escondido is undeniably a great location to explore. Camping at Conejos Campground is always a glorious experience, and getting to Hansen Creek                  from No Name Lake is trouble-free. This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. A great place for whitewater paddling near No Name Lake is Rio de los Pinos, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Ruybalid Trail. Camping is available at Spectacle Lake Campground; the Elk Creek Trail is a great hiking trail close by. All the water falling down from the sky makes No Name Lake a wet place; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily March, that's the one that snows the most while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. This is a magnificent neighborhood for folks who like lakes.
