While you're here at Newt Jack Spring Reservoir, you could also stop by picturesque Park Reservoir; the best way to spend a winter day is on       the slopes of nearby Wolf Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Newt Jack Spring Reservoir is a delightful site to visit for more than one day, Turkey Springs Campground is a delightful site to camp nearby, and Round Park Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could pop by. Going for a hike along the Middle Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region.
