It's always fun to stop by Nast E Lake. That right there is a heap already, but it continues; Nast E Lake has it all. The slopes of Aspen Highlands are so inviting nobody can resist, and VillaHotel La Niche is a nice place to get some rest. Nast E Lake is located in the Sawatch Range.
Around Nast E Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; July is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is February. There's whitewater on Fryingpan River

| | for all you adrenaline junkies, and if you're popping by from Edwards, you won't be the only one. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Sawyer Lake Trail, and if you came to camp Lost Man Campground is a wonderful place to do that.

you need to camp here for a while, Elk Wallow Campground is a glorious place for that. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Sawatch Range. What would winter be without some skiing at Aspen Mountain,
and the Chapman Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Sellar Park is a great place to stretch your legs a bit; needless to say Ivanhoe Creek flows through this region.
Take a hike on the Last Chance Trail,
and you can run the rapids of Roaring Fork. The warmest time of the year at Nast E Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Nast E Lake temperatures descend to the 0's.
