Beautiful Lake Nanita has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. This is a good area for folks who like lakes. Bench Lake is a lake in close proximity, and Bighorn Lodge is a good place to get some rest. While you're here at Lake Nanita you can take a hike along the North Inlet Trail; Andrews Peak can be distinguished from Lake Nanita. Do pay a visit to Rocky Mountain National Park if you're here at Lake Nanita; if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the East Inlet Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of SolVista are so inviting noone can resist, and Fraser River is a perfect whitewater spot nearby. Man, is there loads of fun | |

Cache La Poudre River in the neighborhood of Lake Nanita; going for a hike along the Lake Nanita Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. It is very dried up here at Lake Nanita mostly; August is the wettest month with most rain; February is when it's the driest.
