Beautiful Lake Nanita has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. This is a good area for folks who like lakes. Bench Lake is a lake in close proximity, and Bighorn Lodge is a good place to get some rest. While you're here at Lake Nanita you can take a hike along the North Inlet Trail; Andrews Peak can be distinguished from Lake Nanita. You definitely should go for the Front Range. Do pay a visit to Rocky Mountain National Park if you're here at Lake Nanita; if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the East Inlet Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of SolVista are so inviting noone can resist, and Fraser River is a perfect whitewater spot nearby. Man, is there loads of fun | |

stuff to do in the Front Range. Camping at Lake Nanita is fine fun, Roaring Fork Campground is a fine local campground, and everyone nearby loves skiing at Berthoud Pass.
What a site this is for outdoors folks. This lake is one
of the great places here in the Front Range. If you came for an overnight stay Moraine Campground is a wonderful place to camp; if you need a place to stay Inn At Grand Lake, The is a good choice.
During the warm months at Lake
Nanita highs are frequently in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Lake Nanita. You can run the rapids of
Cache La Poudre River in the neighborhood of Lake Nanita; going for a hike along the Lake Nanita Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. It is very dried up here at Lake Nanita mostly; August is the wettest month with most rain; February is when it's the driest.
