This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at East Marvine Campground; there is a tremendous hiking trail close by called the Bailey Lake Trail. A lake nearby is Slide Lake, and Wild Cow Park is a great spot here at Muskrat Lakes. It is very dehydrated here at Muskrat Lakes typically; most of the rain falls through October, and the driest month is January. A great place for whitewater paddling in the vicinity       of Muskrat Lakes is White River - South Fork; a magnificent place to camp here at Muskrat Lakes is Marvine Creek Campground. On a pleasant day at Muskrat Lakes you can take a hike along the Oyster Lake Trail, and there's some flowing water nearby, East Marvine Creek is a stream you can check out while here. If you get bored of Muskrat Lakes, you could also explore nearby Johnson Lake, and get your heart beating on the good whitewater of White River - North Fork.                  This lake is so wonderful. For the period of the summertime at Muskrat Lakes highs are commonly in the 80's, and the overnight is slightly cooler of course, regularly in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Muskrat Lakes. But wait, there's more to do in the vicinity of Muskrat Lakes.
