If you are in this part of Colorado make sure to pay a visit to Murphy Lake. So many cool things to do in the Front Range, not sufficient time. Going for a hike on the Tonahutu Creek Trail is always a great adventure; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Granite Falls. Dry warm beds await you at Gateway Inn Restaurant Cnf Ctr, and you can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Berthoud Pass. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Front

| | Range. If you come at the right time of year, Joe Wright Creek offers some splendid whitewater. This place, the Front Range, has so much outdoors exciting things. Hayden Spire is something you shouldn't miss if you're here at Murphy Lake, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at SolVista since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. than a day to look at everything Murphy Lake has to offer, you can camp at Elk Creek Campground and RV Park. All through the summer months at Murphy Lake temperatures are mostly in the 70's. Summer night lows descend down to the 30's.
Through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Murphy Lake temperatures sink to the 0's. Snowdrift Peak is stunning and can be seen from Murphy Lake; there is a brilliant hiking
trail close by called the North Inlet Trail. You could also take a look at Bench Lake while you're here at Murphy Lake; it's close by, and Murphy Lake is a perfect site to camp, Harbison Campground is a perfect site. Any time is a
perfect time at Murphy Lake if you like the outdoors. Go for a hike on the Lake Nanita Trail, and after a long day outdoors Inn At Grand Lake, The is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. Murphy Lake is located in the Front
Range. Murphy Lake gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls during August, and November is when it's the driest. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Murphy Lake. Some close by water includes Ptarmigan Creek,
and get yourself into a kayak and hit Cache La Poudre River. This lake is so wonderful. A delightful place close to Murphy Lake is Sprague Pass; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Grand Lake Golf Course is close at hand.
