     You'll come across a beautiful lake called Corner Reservoir near Mud Spring Reservoir, and there's whitewater on San Miguel River for all you thrill seekers. Be careful coming to the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again. If the weather is pleasant here at Mud Spring Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Paradox Road It's always tremendous to visit Clay Creek Spring. Mud Spring Reservoir is pretty dried out mostly; the  
   month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest.
This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Fairmont Franz Klammer Lodge is a nice choice. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Mud Spring Reservoir. Take a little spree to North Creek since you're here at Mud Spring Reservoir; a stunning lake like Berry Reservoir is a pleasant place to go to. This lake is so wonderful. While
 
               you're here at Mud Spring Reservoir you can take a hike along the Dry Creek Trail. There's so much to do here at Mud Spring Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Iron Spring Campground is a pleasant site for that.
There are some nice whitewater spots on San Miguel River, and if you came to camp Antone Spring Campground is a magnificent site to do that. Mud Spring Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. High temperatures at Mud Spring Reservoir during the long summer days are in the 80's, and the night is somewhat cooler of course, generally in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and night lows throughout the winter for Mud Spring Reservoir tend to be in the 0's.
Yeah, come up here to the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains for a magnificent time. Have a great hiking adventure along the Horsefly Trail, and there are plenty of people from Montrose here.
