Mount Elbert Forebay is always a pleasure to visit. Mount Elbert Forebay is one of the lakes here in the Sawatch Range. During the summer, highs generally are in the 70's at Mount Elbert Forebay, and the nighttime is a bit colder of course, mostly in the 40's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Mount Elbert Forebay dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. This site is so good, just check out all the fun things

This lake is so wonderful. Have a fine hiking adventure along the Mount Elbert Trail, and Bartlett Gulch is another tremendous site to visit close by. You can run the rapids of Clear Creek close to Mount Elbert Forebay. Camping is available at White Star Campground, and some close by water includes Box Creek.

You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Sawatch Range has to offer. If you get bored of Mount Elbert Forebay, you could also check out nearby Twin Lakes, and Delaware Hotel is a good place to get some rest.
Mount Elbert Forebay is pretty dried out ordinarily; August is when you get the most rain here while February is generally the driest month. Mount Elbert Forebay is near Mount Elbert Forebay Dam which is a beautiful spot absolutely
worth taking a look at; Ski Cooper is a very popular ski area in the vicinity.
Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! The Sawatch Range is unbeatable! A great site to camp here at Mount Elbert Forebay is Lake View Campground,
and there's whitewater on Arkansas River for all you adrenaline kick people. This lake is so wonderful. Cozart Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could visit; going for a hike along the Mount Massive Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood.
