Not much rainfall falls here at Mosco Reservoir; during August this area sees the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. The Cascade Trail offers hiking at its best, and since you're here, you could also pop by pretty Smith Reservoir. Any time is a wonderful time at Mosco Reservoir if you go for the outdoors. There's some flowing water close by, Aspen Creek is a stream you can check       out during your stay; don't miss out on a spree to Great Sand Dunes National Monument while you're here. An exciting thing to have a look at close to Mosco Reservoir is Mosca Dam, and Mosco Reservoir is right by the Huerfano Trail. All the outdoors amusing stuff in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains will keep you coming back over and over. All through the summertime highs here at Mosco Reservoir reach the 80's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's. The                  winter comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Mosco Reservoir are in the 0's.
