Not much rainfall falls here at Morton Lake; the wettest month of the year is usually August, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool stuff the area near Morton Lake has to offer. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Ski Cooper; going for a hike along the Highline Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area.

you're here at Morton Lake, and you can hit the slopes at Vail in the neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. A good place for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Morton Lake is Arkansas River, and camping at Morton Lake is good
fun, Sugar Loafin' RV/campground is a good local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll locate a wonderful lake called Diamond Lake near Morton Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Belle of Colorado Campground is
a tremendous site to camp. For the period of the warm months highs here at Morton Lake reach the 70's with nighttime lows in the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime
temperatures at Morton Lake drop into the 0's. A round of golf at nearby MT Massive Golf Course is a splendid way to kill some time; if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Mount Massive Trail.
