Morris Reservoir beyond doubt is in the middle of a delightful outdoors paradise. This is a glorious neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Clara Reservoir is a lake in the neighborhood; camping at Spruce Grove Campground is always a perfect experience. There's whitewater on Kannah Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. After a long day outdoors Goldenwoods Condo Assn. is a tremendous place to spend       a night or two, and do take a hike on the Point Trail. Powderhorn is a splendid local ski area, and good water scenery is available at Dugger Dam close to Morris Reservoir. At Morris Reservoir through the long summer days highs are in the 90's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; night lows throughout the winter for Morris Reservoir tend to be in the 10's. Morris Reservoir gets very little rainfall; October                  is when you get the most rain here, and January is the month with the least moisture. Dry warm beds await you at Flying A Motel & Campground, and you can have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Bull and Brown Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
