Dry warm beds await you at Marriott's Mountain Valley Lodge, and if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Old Boreas Wagon Road. Going for a hike along the Burro Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and after a long day outdoors Great Divide Lodge is a delightful spot to spend a night or two. This is no place for people who don’t like to have       a good time. Camping is available at Kite Lake Campground, and Crested Butte is a very popular ski area in close proximity. At Montgomery Reservoir during the summertime highs are in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 30's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and overnight lows at Montgomery Reservoir during the winter commonly dip into the-10's. Montgomery Reservoir is pretty dry typically; July is when you get                  the most rain here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side visit to Moose Creek; nearby you locate great places like Hoosier Pass. Hiking along the Wheeler Trail is great fun, and a fine location for whitewater paddling is Tenmile Creek. There's always Montgomery Dam to pop by near Montgomery Reservoir, and everybody loves Lincoln Amphitheatre. If you go for the outdoors, you'll adore Montgomery Reservoir. People from Silverthorne love to come to Montgomery Reservoir. Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Arkansas River; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Breckenridge. This lake is so wonderful.
