If you like lakes and you're in this part of Colorado you can check out Molly Lake. Molly Lake is a beautiful lake in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Molly Lake is usually a quite dried out site; most of the rain falls during July; December on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Dowdy Lake - Arapaho National Forest is a great campground nearby, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Cache La Poudre River.

in close proximity to Molly Lake? Red Feather Lake is around here, and nearby you hit upon the Swamp Creek Cutoff Trail which is a great hiking trail. Swamp Creek is a gorgeous stream that is worth taking a look at.
