If you like lakes and you're in this part of Colorado you can check out Missouri Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Homestake Creek; dry warm beds await you at Centennial Condominiums. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Sawatch Range is excellent! Going for a hike on the Fall Creek Trail is always a great adventure; Beaver Creek is a very popular ski area in close proximity. Throughout the long summer days at Missouri Lakes temperatures

| | are frequently in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Missouri Lakes drop into the 0's.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Missouri Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Elk Wallow Campground, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Vail. Missouri | |

Lakes is a magnificent site to camp, Gold Park Campground is a magnificent site. After a long day outdoors The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch is a delightful place to spend a night or two, and Missouri Lakes is right next door to Fancy
Pass which is beyond doubt worth checking out.
This lake is located in the wonderful Sawatch Range. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Missouri Lakes. Near Missouri Lakes you find the Half Moon Trail
which is a magnificent hiking trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Eagle River. There are delightful sites to look at along the Last Chance Trail, and lakes are such serene places, why not take a look at Blodgett Lake.
Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the Sawatch Range. This is a popular site for people from Edwards, and Savage Peak is uncomplicated to spot from Missouri Lakes. Around Missouri
Lakes you don’t get a lot of rain; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
