Mirror Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Mirror Lake is a beautiful lake in the Sawatch Range. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Creek has a perfect whitewater paddling spot nearby, and if you're looking for a pleasant visit, Black Canyon Of The Gunnison National Park is reasonably near. Mirror Lake is Emma Burr Mountain; Lost Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. All through the warmest time of the year, highs frequently are in the 70's at Mirror Lake. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down
into the 30's. Highs through the wintertime are generally in the 20's; overnight lows in the-20's for Mirror Lake. That right there is a lot of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Sawatch Range has it all. If you don’t have
a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clear Creek, and do take a hike on the Gold Creek Union Park Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Monarch while you're
here, and do stop at Spout Lake, it's a pretty lake. Not much precipitation falls here at Mirror Lake; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month of the year is June. Near Mirror Lake you come across Tincup
Pass which is a good location to have a look at, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Pitkin Stock Driveway.
