Mirror Lake is a lake worth visiting. So many amusing things in the Sawatch Range, just phenomenal. A day on the slopes of Monarch is just what you need, and Lake Creek has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by. Not much rainfall falls here at Mirror Lake; August is when you get the most rain here, and June on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. There's perfect hiking along the Pitkin Stock Driveway, and one of the dominant traits of the surroundings of Mirror Lake is Emma Burr Mountain. Go for a hike on the Gold Creek Union Park Trail; since you're here why not have a look at Tincup Pass.

in the Sawatch Range. Mirror Lake is a pleasant site to camp, Mirror Lake Campground is a pleasant site; in the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clear Creek.

The Gunnison National Park is a good location near Mirror Lake; a pleasant trip to Garden Basin is a glorious way to spend an afternoon. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Mirror Lake. Pitkin Hotel is a tremendous place to get some rest, and magnificent hiking is available along the Texas Creek Trail.
