During the long summer days highs here at Minnesota Reservoir get into the 80's, and the nighttime is quite colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's while Minnesota Reservoir nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. Lion Mesa is striking       and can be seen from Minnesota Reservoir, and a wonderful lake like Monument Reservoir is a good place to pop by. This lake is so wonderful. Monument Dam is an interesting thing to check out, and if you need a location to stay Sunlight Mountain Inn is a good choice. Minnesota Reservoir is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Bar Diamond Ranch is a delightful local campground, and Horse Gulch is also a pleasant place to discover. Hiking along the Minnesota                  Pass Trail is splendid fun, and a brilliant place to camp here at Minnesota Reservoir is Smith Fork Campground. And that's not all you can do here at Minnesota Reservoir. The Hammond Trail offers hiking at its best, and do explore Deer Creek if you're here at Minnesota Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart beating on the tremendous whitewater of Anthracite Creek - Ruby Fork, and Minnesota Reservoir is right by the Sunset Trail.
