Miners Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is one of the great places here in the Front Range. But wait, there's more cool stuff to do in the Front Range. After a long day outdoors Budget Host Inn Fort Collins is a great place to spend a night or two; while you're here you can take a hike along the Wintersteen Trail. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. There's always Dry Creek Dam to explore in close proximity

This lake is so wonderful. Miners Lake is a glorious spot to visit for more than one day, Fort Collins KOA is a glorious spot to camp nearby, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Greyrock Trail. in case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cache La Poudre River - North Fork. This lake is so wonderful. The Overland Trail is a brilliant hiking trail in the neighborhood
of Miners Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Miners Lake has to offer, you can camp at Laporte Koa Kampground. Miners Lake is pretty dried up typically; during the month of July you get the most rain around here
while December is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
