Head up to Keystone and strap some skis to your feet. For the period of the months of summer at Milligan Lakes highs are typically in the 70's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Milligan Lakes fall into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Nate Stult Trail; dry warm beds await you       at Greenview South Beach. And if you're still looking for more outdoors cool things just keep reading. If you need a place to stay Ski Tip Townhomes is a nice choice. There's so much to do here at Milligan Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Kenosha Campground is a brilliant site for that. Milligan Lakes is ordinarily a quite waterless location; most of the rain falls during July while February is usually the driest month. The Burning Bear Trail                  offers hiking at its best, and unsurprisingly Jefferson Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth taking a look at. Arapahoe Basin is a very popular ski area close by, and Milligan Lakes is right by the Old Boreas Wagon Road.
