Having a good time in the Park Range is uncomplicated.       There is a magnificent hiking trail right next door to Milk Creek Reservoir called the Service Creek Trail, and you can take a little spree to Milk Creek Dam if you're here at Milk Creek Reservoir. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Milk Creek Reservoir get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Milk Creek Reservoir                  are in the-10's. The Buffalo Park Trail is a fine hiking trail in close proximity to Milk Creek Reservoir, and in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Colorado River. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing things the Park Range has to offer. Rock Creek is a tremendous whitewater spot in the vicinity of Milk Creek Reservoir, and the slopes of Steamboat are so inviting noone can resist.
