If you came for an overnight stay Walton Creek Campground is a magnificent site to camp. Gore Pass Campground is a perfect local campground; while you're here you can take a hike along the Service Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Rock Creek; Howelsen Hill is a very popular ski area in close proximity. Just can't       get enough of the Park Range. Milk Creek is a charming stream that is worth stopping at, and you can hit the slopes at Steamboat in close proximity. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a glorious time here at Milk Creek Reservoir. If you need a place to stay Allington Inn and Suites of Kremmling is a brilliant choice, obviously you could also go to Binco Reservoir if you're here; it's not far at all. Milk Creek Reservoir is regularly a quite dry location; most                  of the snow falls through December, and August is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. At Milk Creek Dam right next door to Milk Creek Reservoir there are some attention-grabbing things to see; hiking along the Midway Trail is brilliant fun. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Park Range. Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Colorado River, and Winterwood Townhomes is a good site to get some rest. Going for a hike along the Buffalo Park Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; Milk Creek Reservoir is not the only place close by, Albert Reservoir is a close by lake. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Milk Creek Reservoir with overnight lows in the 40's.
