Many people like to go to Middle Reservoir. That right there is a lot of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains has it all. The Moore Mesa Trail is a wonderful hiking trail in the neighborhood of Middle Reservoir, and Smokehouse Campground is a splendid local campground. This lake is so wonderful. People from Montrose love to come to Middle Reservoir, and a delightful site for whitewater paddling is Escalante Creek. The Uncompahgre

Antone Spring Campground is a pleasant campground nearby; swing by Little Monitor Creek it's a perfect spot to stop at. Be careful coming to the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. wonderful. Lakes are splendid; Middle Monitor Reservoir is a lake that's close to Middle Reservoir, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Cottonwood Trail.
This place, Middle Reservoir, it definitely has
so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Going for a hike along the Monitor Mesa Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and Best Western Sundance is a delightful location to get some rest. This is a good neighborhood
for folks who like lakes. Big Monitor Reservoir Number 2 is a lake in the neighborhood, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Delta is a nice place to spend a night or two.
Middle Reservoir is commonly a relatively dry location;
the month with most of the rain is October, and February on the other hand is the driest. High temperatures at Middle Reservoir throughout the summer months are in the 90's with overnight lows in the 50's. All through the wintertime
this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Middle Reservoir dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights.
