Colorado has many beautiful lakes and Mesa Reservoir is one of them. For the period of the summer highs here at Mesa Reservoir get into the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Mesa Reservoir fall into the 0's. A lake close by is Cheyenne Lake, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Colorado Springs here. So much exciting stuff

This lake is so wonderful. North Cheyenne Creek is close to Mesa Reservoir and is always a pleasure to take a look at; camping is available at Goldfield RV Campground. This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant spot to camp here at Mesa Reservoir is Gold Camp Promotions; a good close by hotel is The Broadmoor. The Front Range scenery is always beautiful.

lots of fun at Patty Jewett Golf Course, and at Mesa Reservoir you can distinguish Mount Cutler. This spot, the Front Range, has so much outdoors cool things. Near Mesa Reservoir you come across tremendous places like Gardiner Gulch,
and great water scenery is available at South Suburban Dam near Mesa Reservoir. Around Mesa Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain; January is the month with the least moisture.
So many enjoyable things to do at Mesa Reservoir, so little time. The Penrose Trail is a great hiking trail next to Mesa Reservoir, and if you're looking for a nice journey, Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is rather near.
If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Front Range. If you get bored of Mesa Reservoir, you could also pop by close by Gold Camp Reservoir, and close by you stumble on the Palmer Trail which is a perfect hiking trail.
Going for a hike on the Indian Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and after a long day outdoors Cheyenne Canon Inn is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two.
Put some time aside to spend at Seven Falls while you're here at Mesa Reservoir; if you want to visit some attention-grabbing stuff, visit Point Sublime.
