At Mesa Park Dam next to Mesa Reservoir there are some interesting things to see; since you're here, you could also stop by striking Margaret Spurgeon Reservoir Number 1. Summertime highs at Mesa Reservoir typically tend to be in the 80's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's. During the winter the highs are typically in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's

the driest of the months is January.
You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the Front Range. Hayden Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out; dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn
