You absolutely ought to adore the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. The Music Pass Trail is a splendid hiking trail next to Medano Lake; Great Sand Dunes Lodge is a magnificent spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Medano Lake is a great place to camp, Great Sand Dunes Oasis is a great place, and going for a hike on the Rainbow Trail is always a glorious adventure. Medano Lake is a beautiful lake in the Sangre       De Cristo Mountains. During the long summer days at Medano Lake highs are usually in the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's.
