     This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is lovely, you obtain a good vista of Hogback Mountain from Meadow Lake Reservoir; going for a hike along the Long Ridge Stock Driveway will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Ivy Creek Campground and Trailhead is a great campground nearby, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Cliff Creek. Meadow Lake Reservoir gets very little rainfall; during July this area sees the most rain, and the driest  
   of the months is June.
Summertime highs at Meadow Lake Reservoir regularly tend to be in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. During the winter highs are mostly in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Meadow Lake Reservoir. Be careful coming to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Put some time aside to spend at Antelope Spring since you're here at Meadow Lake Reservoir,
 
               and in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rio Grande. Don’t forget to explore Antelope Park since you're here at Meadow Lake Reservoir, and Wolf Creek has a splendid whitewater paddling spot nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. Meadow Lake Dam is not far at all from Meadow Lake Reservoir, and while you're here you can take a hike along the McKenzie Stock Driveway. Now, you may think that's a lot but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Meadow Lake Reservoir. Sowards Reservoir Number 4 is a nearby lake that you could explore, and Meadow Lake Reservoir is a splendid place to visit for more than one day, Rio Grande Campground is a splendid place to camp nearby. If you need a spot to stay Fairfield Pagosa Resort is a pleasant choice.
The San Juan and Jemez Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Yeah, come up here to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains for a great time. If you get bored of Meadow Lake Reservoir, you could also stop at nearby Seepage Lake; hiking along the Middle Creek Stock Driveway is wonderful fun.
