Now, you may imagine that's plenty but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Meadow Creek Lake. Meadow Creek Lake is right by the Mansfield Ditch Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Clark Cabin Campground is a nice place to camp. There's splendid hiking along the Fayville Trail; a good location for whitewater paddling is White River - South Fork. This lake is so wonderful. A good close by hotel       is Rodeway Inn New Castle, and not far from Meadow Creek Lake you'll find Cliff Lakes which is a striking lake. Camping is available at Meadow Creek Campground; Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SILT is a nice location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Meadow Creek Reservoir, and White River - North Fork is a great whitewater spot nearby. You can take a little visit                  to Meadow Creek Dam while you're here at Meadow Creek Lake; the Last Chance Trail offers hiking at its best. At Meadow Creek Lake you don’t see much rain; the month of October is the wettest with most of the rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summer at Meadow Creek Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's.
