McQueary Lake is a beautiful lake in the Park Range. Near McQueary Lake you find the Byers Peak Trail which is a delightful hiking trail, and Vasquez Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. These mountains rock, just explore all the enjoyable things to do in the Park Range. If you come at the right time of year, Clear Creek - West Fork offers some glorious whitewater; dry warm beds await you at Snake River Village Townhomes.       This lake is so wonderful. Drift down the rapids of Woods Creek in a kayak, and you can stay the night at Mizpah Campground. If you need a location to stay Key To The Rockies Lodging At Keystone is a brilliant choice, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Loveland. McQueary Lake is pretty dried out frequently; the wettest month of the year is typically July, that's the one that rains the most; the driest of the months is January. This                  lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a good little journey to Bobtail Creek; a lake nearby is Jefferson Lake. If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to McQueary Lake. Jones Pass is in close proximity to McQueary Lake and is a delightful place. At McQueary Lake during the summer highs are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows throughout the wintertime for McQueary Lake tend to be in the-10's. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Park Range. McQueary Lake is not far at all from Silverthorne, and going for a hike on the South Fork Trail is always a delightful adventure. On a lovely day you obtain a panorama of Mount Nystrom from McQueary Lake; you can hit the slopes at Arapahoe Basin close at hand. Be careful coming to McQueary Lake, you might not ever wanna return back home again.
