Holiday Inn Express Eagle, Co is a delightful place to get some rest.       This site is unbeatable, just explore all the enjoyable stuff to do in the vicinity of McMillan Lake. Not far from McMillan Lake, you'll come across Road Lake which is a lovely lake; why not take a refreshing hike along the Ute Trail. The South Derby Trail offers hiking at its best, and a great close by hotel is Oak Tree Inn Yampa. McMillan Lake gets very little rainfall; all through March this area sees the most snow, and the driest month is June. Summertime                  highs at McMillan Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at McMillan Lake are in the 0's. A magnificent spot like Stump Park here at McMillan Lake is too splendid to miss, and hey, Middle Fork Derby Creek is a brilliant local stream. This lake is so wonderful.
