cool stuff in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Great Sand Dunes National Monument is a brilliant location next to McKinley Reservoir. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area close to McKinley Reservoir has
to offer. There's so much to do here at McKinley Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Pinyon Flats Campground is a great place for that; if you get bored of McKinley Reservoir you could also check out close by Creager
Reservoir. McKinley Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. If you came to camp Cross D Bar Trout Ranch is a good site to do that; it's a great idea to check out Bruff Creek. Watkins Gulch is in close
proximity to McKinley Reservoir and is without doubt a delightful place to check out, and nearby you locate the Cascade Trail which is a fine hiking trail.
