McKeever Reservoir gets very little precipitation; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while February is the month       with the least amount of precipitation. You definitely must adore McKeever Reservoir. There is a delightful hiking trail close to McKeever Reservoir called the Horsefly Trail; you're probably keen on lakes, Cartwheel Reservoir is one of those close by. This lake is so wonderful.
