McIntyre Lake gets very little precipitation; the wettest month of the year is usually May, that's the one that rains the most; January meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. There are good spots to explore along the Link Trail, and the sight of North Rawah Peak is beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. What a location       this is for outdoors folks. Going for a hike on the McIntyre Lake Trail is always a great adventure, and get your heart pumping on the pleasant whitewater of Joe Wright Creek. Go for a hike on the Rawah Trail, and after a long day outdoors Gateway Inn Restaurant Cnf Ctr is a glorious location to spend a night or two. You can run the rapids of Cache La Poudre River near McIntyre Lake, and there are other spots here than McIntyre Lake, for example Sugarbowl                  Lake. Summer at McIntyre Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 30's. Throughout the winter highs are mostly in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to McIntyre Lake. Yeah, come up here to the Medicine Bow Mountains for a pleasant time. Grassy Pass is a glorious place to spend some time at. There's so much to do here at McIntyre Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Browns Park Campground is a pleasant location for that.
