Summertime highs at McFarland Pond commonly tend to be in the 90's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are typically in the 30's while McFarland Pond nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at McFarland Pond, you could also explore gorgeous Reid Ponds, and dry       warm beds await you at Ft. Morgan Super 8 Motel. Jackson Lake is a wonderful local campground, and Morgan Game and Fish Conservation Club Pond is a nearby lake that you could visit. Golf can be played at Fort Morgan Golf Course, and if you need a place to stay Fort Morgan-Days Inn is a nice choice. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Why not camp at Wayward wind Mobile Home Park since you're here at McFarland Pond, and a journey to Muir Springs                  will fill your spirit with good feelings. McFarland Pond is regularly a relatively dry place; during the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February.
