Trail. Take a little journey to Wahatoya Creek since you're here at McEvoy Lakes, and do take a hike on the Black Hills Trail. Through the warm days of summer at McEvoy Lakes temperatures are regularly in the 80's while nighttime
lows are mostly in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are frequently in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at McEvoy Lakes dip into the 0's. So many amusing things in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains,
