There's just no way somebody       can get bored here at McDonald Reservoir. Nearby Echo Canyon is a good location to go if you're at McDonald Reservoir, and playing golf is lots of fun at Grandote Peaks Golf Course. Knights Inn Walensburg is a tremendous place to get some rest, and going for a hike on the Wade Trail is always a perfect adventure. And that's not all there is to do here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
