Summer at Marvine Lakes arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's. Throughout the winter the highs are typically in the 20's, and winter       nights come with lows in the 0's to Marvine Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. East Marvine Campground is a perfect campground nearby, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Marvine Lakes; Oyster Lake Trail is a pleasant local trail. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Fayville Trail, and you can distinguish Rat Mountain from Marvine Lakes. A tremendous close by hotel is Quality Inn & Suites.
