Martin Lake really is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Notch Spring, and a great place to camp here at Martin Lake is Teal Campground. Summertime highs at Martin Lake usually tend to be in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 30's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Martin Lake are                  in the-10's. Be careful coming to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, you might not ever want to go back home again. Dry warm beds await you at Fairfield Pagosa Resort; why not camp at Bridge Campground since you're here at Martin Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Williams Creek Dam is worth a visit if you're here, and Piedra River is a good whitewater spot nearby. Yeah, come up here to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains for a wonderful time. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Devil Mountain Trail, and obviously, this is a pleasant neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Williams Reservoir is a lake close at hand.
