It's always fun to stop by Marshall Lake. Get wet paddling on Boulder Creek, and a great nearby hotel is Boulder - Days Inn. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Homewood Suites Boulder is a great place to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Marshall Lake has to offer, you can camp at Clear Creek RV Park. And that's not all you can do here at Marshall Lake. Just can't get enough of the Front Range. The Mesa Trail offers hiking at its best; Marshall Lake is not the only spot close by, Cowdrey Reservoir Number 2 is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Flatirons Golf Course not far from Marshall Lake, and the top of Davidson Mesa is easily distinguished from Marshall Lake. And if that's not enough there's heaps more amusing stuff to do in the Front Range. Paddling on Boulder Creek - South is so much fun, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Saddle Rock Trail. Summertime
brings highs in the 80's to Marshall Lake. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Marshall Lake dipping down into the
10's through winter nights. Marshall Lake Dam is a beautiful spot near Marshall Lake, and you can stay the night at Golden Gate.
Marshall Lake is pretty dried out typically; May is the month that gets the most rain, and January is when it's the driest.
