In Colorado there are many beautiful lakes, Maroon Lake is one of them. For the duration of the long summer days here at Maroon Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 70's with overnight lows in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows in the-10's for Maroon Lake. Roaring Fork has a delightful whitewater paddling spot nearby, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Edwards here. It is very waterless here at Maroon Lake generally;

This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Village Property Condos, and you can go for a hike on the Blue Creek Trail. After a long day outdoors Laurelwood Condominiums is a great place to spend a night or two, and camping is available at East Maroon Portal Campground. Gulch is always fun, and going for a hike on the Trail Riders Trail is always a brilliant adventure.
Aspen Mountain is a wonderful local ski area; camping at Maroon Lake Campground is always a pleasant experience. At Maroon Lake
you can spot Pyramid Peak; there are good spots to look at along the Granite Basin Trail. In the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on East River.
This lake is so wonderful. If you like
skiing, you're in luck; Aspen Highlands is near Maroon Lake, and there are other places here than Maroon Lake, for example Crater Lake.
