Bear Peak Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close by.
While you're here at Maple Grove Reservoir you can take a hike along the Beaver Brook Trail, and Maple Grove Dam is stunning. After a long day outdoors Howard Johnson Denver
is a good site to spend a night or two, and Kenneys Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at. Not much rain falls here at Maple Grove Reservoir; May is the month that gets the most rain, and January
meanwhile is the driest month.
On a fine day at Maple Grove Reservoir you can take a hike along the Mesa Trail.
