Mammoth Creek Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Mammoth Creek Reservoir. A nice close by hotel is Iron Horse Resort; everybody nearby loves skiing at Berthoud Pass. So much cool stuff in the Front Range, just tremendous. A nice site close to Mammoth Creek Reservoir is Mammouth Gulch, and you can run the rapids of Boulder Creek. This lake is so wonderful. There's good

| | hiking along the Guinn Mountain Ski Trail, and Clear Creek is a delightful whitewater spot nearby. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Front Range. Teller Lake is a fine lake next to Mammoth Creek Reservoir, and the skiing at Winter Park is tremendous. Any time is a good time at Mammoth Creek Reservoir if you love the outdoors. don't forget to take a good little tour to Montana Creek. If you need a location to stay Best Western Lodge At Nederland is a pleasant choice, and a gorgeous lake like Karel Park Lake is a delightful place to stop at. Mammoth
Creek Reservoir is frequently a pretty dry site; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is generally the driest month. At Mammoth Creek Reservoir through the summertime months highs are in the 70's.
When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Mammoth Creek Reservoir dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Mammoth Creek Reservoir is a beautiful
lake in the Front Range. A fine place to camp here at Mammoth Creek Reservoir is Fourth of July Campground; the James Peak Lake Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Elk Park is a stunning site any time of year,
and Montana Mountain is a peak you can make out from Mammoth Creek Reservoir. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Front Range. Mammoth Creek Dam has pleasant water scenery and it's in the vicinity of Mammoth Creek Reservoir, and Mammoth Creek Reservoir is right by the Lost Lake Trail.
