Getting to Mack Wash from Mack Mesa Reservoir is simple, and at Upper Highline Dam next to Mack Mesa Reservoir there are some out of the ordinary things to see. Good hiking is available along the Pollock Trail; a wonderful lake like Upper Highline Reservoir is a good site to stop by. Looking for a fine tour? Colorado National Monument is reasonably right next door to Mack Mesa Reservoir; whitewater paddling is       brilliant on Colorado River. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Fruita is a great location to spend a night or two, and Colorado River has a glorious whitewater paddling spot nearby. Throughout the long summer days at Mack Mesa Reservoir highs are regularly in the 90's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Mack Mesa Reservoir                  temperatures descend to the 0's. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things next to Mack Mesa Reservoir. Camping is available at Highline, and Highline Lake is a delightful lake nearby. La Quinta Inn And Suites Fruita is a magnificent place to get some rest, and there's good hiking along the John Ottos Trail. Mack Mesa Reservoir is commonly a rather dried out place; the wettest month of the year is usually October, that's the one that rains the most, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
