Around Machin Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; during August this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You just should adore the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Why not camp at Mountain Views RV Resort if you're here at Machin Lake, and a glorious place like Wason Park here at Machin Lake is too wonderful to miss. Lakes are fine; Benito       Lake is a lake that's close to Machin Lake, and a fine close by hotel is Allington Inn and Suites. La Garita Peak is a peak you can observe from Machin Lake, and going for a hike along the Wason Stock Driveway will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Man, is there loads of enjoyable stuff to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Hiking along the Farmers Creek Trail is pleasant fun, and why not visit nearby Machin Creek since you're here                  at Machin Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Antlers Rio Grande Lodge is a nice local campground; do take a hike on the Skyline Trail. This lake is so wonderful. All through the months of summer at Machin Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's with night lows in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Machin Lake are in the-10's. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do in the vicinity of Machin Lake.
